Howells Transmitter is a school of philosophy school dropouts that includes the following hearts and minds: Black Fiction, Charles Atlas, Modular Set, Jennifer Welch, Michael Zapruder's Rain of Frogs, Ray's Vast Basement, Scott Pinkmountain, Window Twins and Wiretap Music. There are others. Too many to name. They wander the cities and counties in search of eternal possibility.
